Exchanges

At bohobo, we want you to be entirely happy with your purchase and so will always attempt to offer an exchange where possible. Due to the high demand of certain stock however we cannot guarantee an exchange of product as we cannot guarantee we will have your preferred item in stock. We will do our utmost to fulfill all requests but if an exchange cannot be provided in a timely manner we will suggest you return your item for a full refund.

To start your exchange, please email us at hello@bohobo.com.au. As with returns, all exchanges are subject to inspection and must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and an undamaged box.

Once we receive your item, we will assess and process your exchange within 7 business days.
