Returns Policy

We understand getting to know the different sizes of different brands can be a bit of trial and error to begin with so we are pleased to offer an easy returns service for all orders where the purchases meet our returns policy.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order, to advise us of your intention to return or exchange your item. You then have 14 days to return the goods back to us.

Keep in mind that all returns are subject to inspection and must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and an undamaged box.

Processing returns
Once we receive your return, we will assess and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are made to the original method of payment and can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account. We will always let you know once your refund has been processed via email to the email address you have connected to your bohobo account. Any additional shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs
While we aim to make the return or exchange process trouble free, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs can not be refunded, unless the product is found to be faulty.

Damaged/incorrect item
We work hard to ensure our quality control is maintained at all times but life happens and something may slip through our radar. If so, firstly, we are sorry that your order was not perfect. Secondly, we will ensure the issue is rectified quickly. Please email us at hello@bohobo.com.au and we will fix the issue as quickly as possible.
