Returns / Exchanges

We understand getting to know the different sizings of different brands can be a bit of trial and error to begin with so we offer an easy returns & exchange service.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order, to advise us of your intention to return or exchange your item. You then have 14 days to return the goods back to us.

To start your return/exchange, please complete this form and email it back to us at hello@bohobo.com.au

Keep in mind that all returns/exchanges are subject to inspection and must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and an undamaged box.

Once we receive your returned items, we will assess and process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds are made to the original method of payment and can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account. We will always let you know once your refund has been processed. Any additional shipping costs will not be refunded.

For exchanges, (so long as the item/s you request are available) we will ship your preferred items within 2 days of receiving your returned goods – to the same address we have on file (unless advised otherwise).

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

While we aim to make the return or exchange process trouble free, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs can not be refunded, unless the product is found to be faulty.

We work hard to ensure our quality control is maintained at all times but life happens and something may slip through our radar. Please email us at hello@bohobo.com.au and we will fix the issue as quickly as possible.
