Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
Full Priced Items can be returned for a change of mind refund, exchange, gift voucher or credit. If you purchase a full priced item using a promotional code, this is still considered eligible for a refund.
Markdown/Sale Items can be returned for an exchange or gift voucher only, unless deemed faulty.
Final Sale Items are not eligable for return, size exchange, style exchange or gift voucher, unless deemed faulty.
All online returns must be logged and approved via our Returns Portal. Failure to do so will result in your order being returned to you.
Australian and International orders can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Customers are responsible for the cost of their return postage, unless deemed faulty by our team.

Faulty/Incorrect Item
We are sorry to hear that your order was not to our normal high standard.
If you believe your item to be faulty/damaged or received the wrong item, please lodge your faulty return HERE.
We will accept returns on any faulty merchandise within a reasonable time frame and after assessment by our customer service team.

Are any purchases final sale?
Due to the nature of our business, Final Sale Items are not eligable for a change of mind return, size exchange, style exchange or gift voucher, unless deemed faulty.
When will I get my order?
Shipping is generally within 48 hours from when the order is placed. Please note that we do not ship orders over the weekend or on Australian public holidays. Dispatch of your order may be delayed during sale or promotional periods.
Please note that the specified shipping time frames on your chosen shipping service refers to the number of days from the time of dispatch.

For customers based in Fremantle, we have local store pick up and/or try on.

Domestic Express Shipping:
Delivery in approximately 1-4 business days from when you receive your dispatch notification.

International Customers:
All international orders outside of Australia are estimated to arrive 4-10 business days from dispatch, depending on where you are located.
