Returns & Exchanges
Change of Mind Returns
We want you to feel completely confident in your Bohobo purchase. If your shoes aren’t quite right, we offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds on eligible items within 15 days of delivery.
This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned in the original shoebox and packaging
- Free from marks, creasing, or damage
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To save you from purchasing a plastic satchel, the brown shoe box is designed to be returnable. There is a custom sticky tag on the underside of the lid that you can use to re-seal the box.
Refunds
We offer refunds to the original payment method on full-price items, provided they meet the return eligibility conditions above.
Refunds are processed once your return has been received and approved. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 15 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
If your requested size or style is unavailable, you may choose to receive:
- A refund (for full-price items), or
- Store credit
Store credits are valid for three years.
Sale Items & Final Sale Items
Items marked as Sale are eligible for exchange or store credit, unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law, whereby a refund is available.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit, unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Please choose carefully when purchasing Final Sale items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Every pair of Bohobo shoes is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, or refund where a product has a major fault or does not meet acceptable quality standards.
Bohobo will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns and exchanges.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Bohobo cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
