What is Bohobo+
Bohobo+ is our loyalty reward program.
How does it work?
Earn Collective Points with every purchase, review or referral. Collective Points can then be turned into savings. Plus, Bohobo+ members also gain access to exclusive rewards and special events.
How do I redeem me rewards?
1. You need to be signed up to Bohobo+ and logged in to your account to access your rewards.
2. Any rewards you have available will show in your Bohobo+ Loyalty Club Account.
3. Add product/s to cart as per normal. The minimum spend to redeem any reward is $100.
4. Open the Loyalty Club panel and select which reward you want to use. The reward code should automatically be applied to your checkout.
What are the ways I can earn rewards?
Your Loyalty Club panel will list all the ways you can earn.
Points for creating an account and placing an order will be immediately applied to your account provided you are logged in and using the same email address you created your account with.
Review points will be applied manually by the Bohobo customer service when approved.
Referral rewards will be applied automatically when your friend makes a purchase using your referral code.
Birthday points will be applied automatically, so long as you have entered your birthday date into your Loyalty Club account.
How do I refer a friend?
Within your Bohobo+ Loyalty Club panel, you can access a referral link.
Click the link and share it via Facebook, X and/or email directly with a friend. You can also share it by copying and pasting the referral link in other social media platforms, SMS, WhatsApp.
Once your friend clicks on the referral link, they will be redirected to the Bohobo store where they'll have to enter their email address in a prompt to get their reward/discount code via e-mail. Your friend will need to manually copy and paste the code for it to be applied at checkout.
When your friend makes a purchase with the reward code the referral is considered completed and you will receive your rewards.
How do I apply a previously redeemed reward?
When you redeem a reward, your points are immediately exchanged for the reward. But, you do not need to use the reward immediately. If you choose not to use the reward, it will be saved in your Loyalty Club panel under your rewards.
To use a previously redeemed reward, login to your Bohobo+ Loyalty Club panel then click your rewards and select the reward you want to use. Copy and paste the discount code at checkout, or click the Apply Code button to apply it to the cart immediately.
