At Bohobo, every order is carefully prepared and thoughtfully shipped. As a member of Bohobo+, you may enjoy exclusive shipping benefits at certain times of the year.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery timeframes, tracking and order details.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
During peak periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Click & Collect:
Pick up in 24hrs from our warehouse location in White Gum Valley, Western Australia.
Cost: FREE
Express Shipping:
Delivery in approximately 1-4 business days from when you receive your dispatch notification.
Cost: Calculated at checkout or FREE on orders over $500 AU.
Standard Shipping:
Delivery in approximately 5-10 business days from the moment you receive your dispatch notification.
Cost: Calculated at checkout.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many destinations. Feel free to add you address to the cart and it will let you know if we can deliver to you. If you have any troubles with adding your address to the cart, please get in touch with our customer service team at hello@bohobo.com.au and we will assist in any way we can.
Shipping Costs:
- New Zealand - $40
- All Other International Locations - $50
Expected Delivery Timeframes:
- 7–14 business days
Shipping costs and available options will be automatically applied at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking details via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather events
- Public holidays
- Customs processing (international orders)
Bohobo is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, but we will assist wherever possible.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Bohobo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at:
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Frequently asked questions
Can I track my order?
Tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched, in your order confirmation email.
Sometimes the carrier can take 24 hours to update shipping. If you tracking number isn’t updating or working, please reach out to us as soon as you can via hello@bohobo.com.au and we can help you out.
Can I change my address while my parcel is in transit?
Unfortunately we are not be able to update your address once dispatched. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, we recommend contacting the carrier service directly to submit a redirection request.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
By default, a signature is required for delivery. However, for Australian customers, this will be overridden if you have 'Authority to Leave' set up on your Australia Post account.
